Exchange your voucher at the TOURISTATION ARACOELI office. Please note that a fountain and orange flags are in front of the office entrance.

 
What to remember:
 

Know in advance:

• The customer is responsible, at the time of purchase, for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket type. The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the park entrance. The ticket category must be chosen based on the customer’s age on the day of the visit and as indicated on the identity document. In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any denied access to the Archaeological Park decided by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued
• Arrive at the Touristation Office 15 minutes before your reserved time slot. Do not go directly to the Colosseum. You must meet your guide at the Touristation office
• Follow the instructions given. Then, proceed to the archaeological complex of the Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill (15 minutes walk from the Touristation office). Visit the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill on your own before entering the Colosseum (approximately 2 hours after the purchased time slot)
• Free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability. In case of being not self-sufficient, the free voucher is also extended to a companion
• The total retail price is €18,00 per adult and free admission ticket for minors (0-17 years) to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. The remaining amount covers additional services such as the multimedia video, guided tour and on-site assistance

Remember to bring:

• All participants must present a valid original ID. Photos, copies, or photocopies are not accepted. Those who fail to present the original document will be denied entry without a refund
