In the middle of the Andes, a lagoon of blue waters lies hidden in a deep valley surrounded by high mountains. Called the same as the close Humantay, its surroundings are formed by landscapes tainted with snow and rock, in an untouched natural setting. Certainly, the sight of white glaciers and the sound of silence invite a thorough meditation in tune with nature.

After getting acquainted with the altitude and low-oxygen atmosphere of the Peruvian highlands in Cusco, and under the guidance of Inka Time Tours, you’ll be able to trek up a trail in the mountains after reaching the town of Soraypampa at 3,900 meters. Subsequently, and under the slopes of Humantay, the magic blue lagoon will invite you to rest in the sight of rocky peaks and under a perennially blue sky, allowing you a moment’s peace.
