The Making of Harry Potter tour offers visitors the ultimate opportunity to step on to authentic sets, discover the magic behind spellbinding special effects and explore the behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films. Walk the original stone floors of the iconic Hogwarts Great Hall, encounter animatronic creatures and wander down Diagon Alley as you step behind the scenes.
For the first time ever, visitors are invited to enter the set of Gringotts Wizarding Bank, the biggest expansion to date. This permanent addition allows visitors to walk through the Gringotts bank itself, the Lestrange vault, a gallery of goblins and so much more.

What to remember:
- Audio guides can be purchased on-site for around £4.95. They are narrated in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian
- Please note, children (age 0-15) must be accompanied by an adult. At booking, infants (age 0-4) are required to book a seat on the coach. Note, this is for transportation purposes
- Transfer time by coach is approximately 1-hour (each way) depending on traffic. You will have 4-hours of free time to explore the attraction before returning to the coach
- The time booked is the time of departure from the meeting point
- Tickets are being given on the day of the visit by an assistant when you get off the coach
- You can make your own way to the studio, please note that your tickets will therefore be left at the ticket office in an envelope under the name of the booking. However, please note that the tickets will be ready to be collected 1 hour and 30 minutes after the departure time you booked (please do not arrive earlier). Please note that the transfers cannot be refunded
- If you miss the coach please make your own way to the studio, your tickets will be left at the ticket office in an envelope under the name of the booking
- You can stay as long as you want inside the studio, however you will therefore have to make your own way back. The coach leaves on time as per schedule
- If you don't want to take the coach to get to the studio but want to take it for the way back, the coach will be located at the coach parking of the studio. It is a white coach with a small black sign on the side “Axis & Globe Travel”. Please check with the driver to make sure it goes back to the meeting point (Royal National Hotel - Bedford Way). In regard to the departure time from the studio, please refer to the itinerary according to what you booked
- You can bring your luggage but you will not be able to leave it inside the coach during the visit, however there is a cloakroom at the studio
- Unfortunately, the coach company doesn’t have wheelchair facilities for the transfers to the Warner Bros studio. If the person can sit in a normal seat, drivers can help the person to get into the coach and the wheelchair will go inside the luggage compartment. The majority of the Studio Tour is suitable for wheelchairs but some areas can be difficult to navigate, including Diagon Alley’s cobbled street and the Great Hall’s slate floor
