The Argentinian Journey – Dinner and Tango Show

The idea is to tour all the regions of Argentina with their typical meats paired especially according to their flavors and textures with wines from Bodega Catena Zapata (El Enemigo, DV Catena and Saint Felicien lines). We start the trip with a picada de campo with cheeses, salami and typical pickles such as wild boar and deer. Then we have from Pacu from the coast, llama from the north, Patagonian lamb from the south, pork from Cuyo, until we get to the humid pampas and enjoy a ribs, vacuum, eye of beef and the best typical cuts and also a variety of “achuras”. All accompanied by salads, french fries and grilled vegetables. Likewise, each cut from each region is accompanied by a special garnish. After the asado we have an immersive tango experience. It is an intimate dance show and guests can learn a few steps if they wish. For dessert we have homemade ice cream accompanied by seasonal fruits.
We close the evening with coffee and regional alfajores.
