What should you bring?

  • Comfortable backpack, with capacity between 35 and 75 lts, with lumbar support (Indispensable).
  • Cooler of 1lts or any plastic bottle.
  • Poncho (waterproof and indispensable).
  • Sweater for the cold (Indispensable).
  • Pair of walking shoes (Indispensable).
  • Two long pants of fast drying or lycra for walking and one of cotton for the cold.
  • Shirts or long sleeved, quick-drying walking shirts or flannels.
  • Bathing suit and absorbent leather (one of those yellow ones for drying vehicles will do).
  • Wide brimmed hat.
  • Crocs type flip flops (Indispensable).
  • Light flashlight, it can be frontal or handheld (Indispensable).
  • Click bags and black bags to keep dry our clothes and travel items.
  • Toilet paper.
  • Bath soap (blue the Keys is biodegradable) STRICT
  • 6 to 8 pairs of socks including two pairs of cloth sleeping socks.
  • Grip gloves.
  • Jacket for the cold can be Impermeable (Indispensable)
  • Balaclava for the cold.
  • Cold gloves.
  • Personal medications for muscle pain, joint pain, fever, headache, diarrhea, colds and surgical adhesive (Indispensable)
  • Sunscreen and repellent (Waterproof)
  • Biscuits, chocolate, chocolate and lots of chocolate, candy, energy bars and assorted grains can give you extra energy on each hike.
  • You can carry a bottle of liquor in a plastic container for the cold.
