Cima Extrema in the Nevado de Colima is an adventure that begins and ends in Colima. Here you will live a day full of adventure, you will be able to ascend to the highest part of the Nevado de Colima Volcano at more than 4,200 meters above sea level. You will share this great adventure with travelers from all over the world who are also there to conquer the summit of Nevado de Colima, always in small groups and accompanied by accredited guides to provide the best safety.

Suggestions
Each participant must carry one:
🎒Backpack.
🧃Reusable water bottle of at least one liter and a half electrolytes.
🥗Walking food to your liking (For breakfast and lunch).
⚠️⚠️ Do not wear cotton or denim clothing.
Wear 3 layers of clothing:
First layer / Inner layer: this is the layer that is in contact with the skin. Its main function is to move our sweat away from the skin, avoiding the sensation of humidity and our body getting cold.
Clothes made of polyester or nylon synthetic fibers, long sleeve shirts. Polyester sweatpants. High socks recommended for blood pressure.
Second layer / Insulation layer: The function of the second layer is to insulate us thermally.
- Season - Spring: Warm coat or jacket.
- Season - Fall 🍁 Winter: Long sleeve polyester or nylon shirt or coat. Warm jacket. For legs: thick polyester or nylon pans or cargo pants.
Third layer / Outer layer: Windbreaker to maintain internal warmth and keep out the cold.
Also wear accessories such as:

✅ Closed-toe hiking or tennis boots with grip
