Museum of Antioquia

Colombia-MedellĂn

Details

The Museum of Antioquia is symbolic of a revitalized MedellĂn. The city is no stranger to economic and political turmoil, but the now renowned art museum, renovated in 1997, is a signal of Colombia's prosperity and progression, of which the people of MedellĂn are extremely proud. It's home to a stunning collection, detailing the Pre-Columbian era, colonial period and beyond, with much of the art donated by the world-famous Fernando Botero.
