What to remember:
- Please note, from 1 to 24 December 2023 and from 1 January to 31 March 2024, the armory is only accessible with the guided tour (not included in the ticket price). During the rest of the year, you can access the armory just with the purchased entrance ticket
- Guided tours of the museum are not included, but can be purchased at the ticket counter for €2 per person till 31 December, and €3 from 1 January 2024. Audio-guides are also available
- Guided tours are available at 12.30pm in English, 11.00am and 2.00pm in German
- Guided tours are approximately 1-hour
- Maximum of 25 persons per guided tour
- Audioguides are offered in English, German and Italian, there is also a media guide in Austrian sign language
- Children and Youths (age 0-18) can enter the museums for free - free tickets are issued at the museum's ticket counter
- Opening hours:
- 1 December to 31 March, Tuesdays to Sundays from 11.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 3.00pm
- 1 April to 30 October, Tuesdays to Sundays from 10.00am to 6.00pm
- Museum hours/days of operation are subject to changes, please check the opening hours before your visit
