Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers. Once you exchanged your voucher you can board the IFS Cloud Cable Car from either North Greenwich or Royal Victoria sides of the river (nearest underground is North Greenwich). Ticket for Uber Boat by Thames Clippers includes a single journey on Uber Boat, valid from 10.00am, between 18 piers including but limited to London Eye, Embankment, Bankside, Tower, Greenwich or North Greenwich piers.

- IFS Cloud Cable Car ride :
- Cable cars arrive every 30 seconds
- Tickets are valid from 10.00am on the date selected, please redeem your voucher at any of the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers ticket offices before visiting IFS Cloud Cable Car ride
- Bicycles and e-bikes are accepted
- Has step-free access, and is accessible to most wheelchairs including motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters
- E-scooters and e-unicycles are prohibited
- For the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers:
- Ticket includes a single journey on Uber Boat between 18 piers including but limited to London Eye, Embankment, Bankside, Tower, Greenwich or North Greenwich piers
- Single tickets are valid for travel in the Central and East Zones. Not valid for use in the West Zone (between Putney and Battersea Piers)
- Tickets are valid on the specific date selected during booking from 10.00am until the end of service (services run every 10-20 minutes)
- Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult
- Boarding is based on a first come first served basis
- You must not bring hazardous items onboard, items over 2 meters long, and no inflammable substances
