You will enjoy the experience of tasting a menu based on local gastronomy, with Puerto Rican cuisine as the star. The experience begins with a special tasting for four people including carne frita, chicken masitas, plantain chips, corn sorullos and fried Puerto Rican cheese. Afterwards, a family-size arroz mamposteado, pork chops, mofongo filled with plantain creme, and a side of plantains (green tostones, or ripe) for four people.
