What to remember:

• Please note that the minimum age to participate is 5 years old
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult
• All passengers weight combined cannot exceed 480 pounds or 230kgs; if your total weight exceeds, your tour will be cancelled. Please contact the local operator after booking if you have any doubt
• Solo travellers are accepted, but will need to purchase 2 tickets
• Please remember to bring a valid photo ID
• A waiver must be signed by all passengers
• Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund
• The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must let the local operator know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid a rescheduling/cancellation fee
